Archaeology Day 2023

ABASI is sponsoring an Archaeology Day in Huntington, WV. Local high schools are invited to visit Marshall University’s new outdoor excavation simulator during the first two Fridays of April 2023 from 12.30-3 pm to learn more about how and why archaeologists do what they do, and how students can get involved. University students will serve as mentors for high school students, answering their questions and maybe even letting them dig a bit!
